My Book

My book, “Your Healing Energy: An Interactive Guidebook to Exploring your Chakras and Reiki Energy” was published in 2007. With practice exercises and self-assessment questions, you will begin to heighten your energy awareness. This book may be used as a Reiki Masters instructor guidebook for teaching Reiki Level I and II. It includes an introduction to energy, chakras, Reiki hand positions and in class exercises. It may also be used as an introduction to energywork in a Massage Therapy or college Nursing program.
